B & B Bieleman

You will find Bed and Breakfast Bieleman at the Bielemansdijk 6 in Zelhem.
The name 'Bieleman' (axe-man) comes from an old tradition from the Achterhoek region. In the past, it was the Bieleman’s task to clear any obstacles in the field or in the forest with their axes.
Our bed and breakfast (B&B) consists of a 35 m2, independent space
with a living room (with floor heating) and small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. If necessary, there is - for one extra person - a sleeping couch available in the living. Small stairs lead to an attic, which sleeps 2 children between 4 and 12 years.
The B&B has independent access and complete privacy.
Besides, you can make use of a covered terrace with barbecue facilities. Also, you are free to enjoy our large (and sunny) garden.
B&B Bieleman has its own vegetable and fruit garden, an orchard and chicken run around free to provide us with their farm-fresh eggs.
The B&B has its own access to a recreational lake right next door with good swimming water.
Our dogs Boris and Beertje (Australian shepherds) are always happy to meet you.
​Zelhem’s centre is located at 2 km from our B&B, and is easily reached by foot, bicycle or car. For hikers (Pieterpad) we can arrange transport to and from Zelhem, if desired.
